Canadian folk rock band, Cowboy Junkies, was formed in 1985 and consists of siblings Margot, Michael, and Peter Timmons, as well as close friend Alan Anton. Throughout the history of the band, the original lineup has never changed and the band is stronger than ever before.
Their latest album, Such Ferocious Beauty, is the focus of the first half of their show on their ongoing tour, “An Evening With Cowboy Junkies: Celebrating 40 Years.” The show contains a short intermission between sets as the evening spans over 40 years of music from their extensive catalog. Cowboy Junkies just wrapped up the first half of the tour with two sold out shows in Charlottesville, Virginia on April 15th & 16th. The tour is set to continue in June on the West Coast.
