Jess Chase is an NYC-based artist and engineer originally from Tacoma, Washington.
Jess plays with her girl band of multi-instrumentalists and singers Amelia Murray, Tia Dizon, Natalie Young and Kyle Brenn.
She crafts confessional-style songs that blend intimate singer-songwriter storytelling with experimental electronic textures from custom instruments she designs.
Drawing inspiration from artists like Grizzly Bear and Mitski, her songs explore themes of love, heartbreak, and identity.
Her debut EP "Carnage" is out everywhere—a 5-track hero's journey from "Bad" (track 1) to "Pure" (track 5).
Beyond her own music, Jess works at YouTube Music in New York City, traveling the globe to collaborate with industry partners. She has also toured internationally with artists like Maris and Miss Grit, performing live synth, vocals, dancing and triggering tracks in Ableton.
